Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of Crossroads Custom
Cabinetry. All cabinetry selections are designed and built to each customer’s specific
set of requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and approve all
applicable product specifications unique to their order, so Crossroads works closely
with each customer to thoroughly review the order specifications; only after the
customer’s approval has been granted, will an order be placed. The purchaser understands
and agrees to waive their right to cancellation of an order upon granting their
approval of all items, including but not limited to, the services set forth in drawings
and relevant project specifications provided in conjunction with Crossroads Purchase
Agreement; this agreement serves as the governing document that supersedes all other
representations prior or otherwise.
Check your Order Status online
When an order is placed with Crossroads and the status changes from Processing,
it means that your order has been scheduled for production. During this period,
you can check the status of your order online at any time simply by visiting your
account page at webinetry.com.
Delivery and Lead Times
All delivery dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee specific deadlines, but we
will keep you informed on your customer account page and periodically by email as
to estimated dates where delivery status on your project is expected to change.
During this time, we recommend that you do not book the installation of your cabinetry
until you have received your product.
What are our shipping & delivery options?
All ordered materials are delivered to Crossroads contracted Warehouse facilities
of Avram & Associates, Inc. located in Fullerton, CA. All materials will be held
for 10 business days at no charge and available for will-call or delivery through
arrangement directly through Avram & Associates at their effective rates for delivery.
Upon request, a schedule of Avram & Associates, Inc. current rates can be provided
for informational purposes only. Actual rates are subject to actual freight calculations
for specific shipment when product arrives from Crossroads factory. Arrangement
for and payment for delivery service is to be made directly with Avram & Associates,
Inc. Storage, available through Avram & Associates, must be arranged directly through
Avram & Associates and is subject to space and time required at their then effective
rates for storage.
Avram & Associates, Inc. delivery services operate within the Southern California region from the cities of San Diego to Santa Barbara. At time of scheduling a delivery, please confirm with Avram & Associates that your city or zip code falls within a delivery zone. For deliveries outside of their covered region, customer can make arrangements with a third party LTL carrier. With available common carrier services, Crossroads can review appropriate options with each customer, such as speed and method of delivery, to help determine the most appropriate means to meet their needs. Once the customer at their discretion has selected a carrier, applicable rates with their selected service provider will be in effect at time of shipping.
