  1. How long does it take to receive cabinets once order is placed?
    Once order is accepted, it is typically eight (8) weeks or less to Fullerton warehouse ready for pickup or third party delivery.
  2. What kinds of woods are available?
    Maple, Cherry, Knotty Cherry & Oak.
  3. What is the warranty?
    In single residence applications the warranty to the original homeowner is a limited lifetime warranty.
  4. Do you offer installation?
    No we do not.
  5. Is there a minimum order?
    Yes. The minimum for a new order is five (5) cabinets.
  6. Do you make more than just kitchen and bathroom cabinetry?
    Our cabinetry has limitless application due to its custom nature and the architectural elements available.
  7. How do I acquire replacement parts?
    Simply follow the same existing process as for placing a normal order.
  8. Are all Crossroads’ door styles represented on this website?
    There is no possible way to depict all of the combinations of wood species, door style, edge and finish options but webinetry.com does show all Legend and Beyond styles along with comparative pricing.
  9. What type of warranty protection is provided?
    See #3 above.
  10. How fast can handcrafted custom accents be made?
    Architectural elements will be crafted and finished to arrive with the cabinet order.
  11. Who should I contact regarding the status of my order?
    Contact Crossroads Support with your order number to check status of your order.

  14. After Sale/Warranty Policies & Procedures
    1. Finish problem, quality problem
      Notify Crossroads & initiate replacement order process.

    3. Replacement policy & procedure
      Crossroads will replace product that has been manufactured incorrectly and/or damaged in transit to the Fullerton warehouse facilities. Claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of product and is subject to inspection and determination by Crossroads that a defect has occurred. Crossroads liability is limited to replacement of damaged product only in the timeliest manner available.
    4. Missing items, lead time…
      Shipping list is checked against order upon receipt at Fullerton Warehouse but in the event items are missing, a promptly order is generated. Depending on whether the item is a cabinet or a component will determine the lead time.
    5. Additional orders for same project
      Add orders will be handled as if a regular new order unless ordered within a week of original order in which case it will ship with original order.

  15. What is the return policy if the product is defective?
    Product is not returnable as it is custom made for the individual project. Any defects will be cured though the replacements reorder process.
  16. Can I order a sample of my door & finish selection before ordering?
    Yes. We recommend that you view a sample door prior to order especially any sample involving one of our more distressed finishes.
  17. Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
    We guarantee that the product will arrive as represented in our specifications and your order.
  18. Are the cabinets made of the same wood as the doors?
    The structural components of the cabinetry are manufactured of dimensionally stable material that will have matching finished veneers on exposed finished ends.
  19. Where are the cabinets manufactured?
    The cabinetry is manufactured at multiple factories located in the Peoples Republic of China.
  20. Are the cabinets shipped assembled or ready to assemble?
    Legend and Beyond cabinetry is shipped fully assembled from the factory.
  21. Does the price I received for cabinets include shipment?
    The price of cabinetry is FOB the Fullerton Warehouse and does not include jobsite delivery.
  22. Can you supply your product specifications in US dimensions?
    The price of cabinetry is FOB the Fullerton Warehouse and does not include jobsite delivery.

  24. What are the fees for your design service?
    There is no charge for our design service.
  25. If I supply measurements, can you draft and design my kitchen?
    Yes, once Crossroads receives accurate measurements we can design your kitchen with Crossroads cabinetry.
  26. How do I place an order with you?
    When your kitchen design is approved by you, a Purchase Agreement is drafted and a 50% deposit on the order is required to place the order.
  27. What kind of design services do Crossroads offer?
    Crossroads offers a range of services from simple drafting to full design based upon supplied dimensions. We however do not provide measuring services and are only responsible that design will work within the supplied dimensions.
  28. What are the terms of purchase?
    50% upon placement of the order and the balance upon notice of arrival to the Fullerton warehouse.
